As a FHIR Technical Consultant, you will be at the forefront of enabling our clients to harness the power of Firely Server. You'll work closely with external clients, offering expert guidance on system architecture, data transformation, deployment, security, and more. Your expertise will guide clients through the deployment of Firely Server, whether on-premises or in cloud environments.
- FHIR Expertise: Leverage your FHIR knowledge and FHIR profiling experience to enhance client solutions and address specific healthcare use cases
- Continuous Learning: Stay up to date with advancements in the FHIR domain to offer the most current and effective solutions to clients
- Project Management: Manage project budget, timelines and deliverables, ensuring successful outcomes for our clients
- Architecture Advisory: Collaborate with clients to scope and define the optimal architecture for their FHIR data infrastructure, considering their unique needs and objectives
- Data Transformation: Assist clients in transforming and ingesting data from their existing systems into Firely Server
- Security and Compliance: Provide expert advice on security, logging, authorization, and authentication matters, ensuring data integrity and compliance with industry standards
- Deployment Support: Guide clients through the deployment of Firely Server, whether on-premises or in cloud environments
- Client Support: Provide training and ongoing support to clients during and after implementation, in collaboration with the training team, ensuring they maximize the benefits of Firely Server
- Customer success: Be aware of customer needs that can drive business and pass your learnings back to the sales team
- Product Development: As a Technical Consultant your learnings from real-life implementation should be passed back to the product team, helping us improve our products and meet customer demand
